These privately operated utilities are intended for the owner and people who receive specific written permission from the owner. They are not offered as a public service. Access to the public website does not grant permission to access the utilities or their data.
An authorized user must stay within the purposes and scope of the owner’s written permission. That permission does not grant rights to copy, modify, distribute, or sublicense the tools unless expressly stated. Applicable law and third-party licenses remain in effect.
The owner reserves all rights that the owner holds in the tools and website content. Third-party software, content, and data remain subject to their respective rights and licenses. These terms do not transfer ownership of that material or change existing employment, client, or confidentiality agreements.
A user must access only accounts and data that the user is authorized to access. The user is responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions and protecting credentials and downloaded data. Permission from the tool owner does not replace permission from an account holder or other rights holder.
Work-related use must comply with applicable law, employment or client agreements, and confidentiality duties. These terms do not authorize the retention or reuse of data in breach of those duties. The privacy policy describes data access, storage, and deletion.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the tools are provided as is and as available, without warranties. There is no guarantee of availability, accuracy, completeness, security, or suitability for a particular purpose. Users are responsible for reviewing results and maintaining any required backups.
Permission to use a tool does not include a commitment to provide support, maintenance, updates, or continued availability. The owner can change or discontinue a tool, subject to any existing agreement and applicable law. Users must plan for interruptions and the possible loss of access.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the owner excludes liability for loss arising from use of the tools, including data loss and service interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited. Existing agreements remain in effect.
The owner can suspend or withdraw permission, subject to any existing agreement and applicable law. A user must stop using the tools when permission ends. The user can revoke Google access through Google Account connections.
Revoking access does not delete previously downloaded data. The user must manage those copies under applicable permissions and retention duties. The privacy policy describes how the utilities retain and delete data.
